Quality Control 

Quality Control is the cornerstone of any successful program. With State to State Cleaning Inc. we monitor our performance on a regular basis and will generate a quality control report, which is provided to each customer. In addition, STSC account managers will survey our customers on a monthly basis. This process will allow us to receive feedback and further fine tune our services.

We inspect our own work and provides our customers with an immediate response and aggressive follow-up. 

State to State Cleaning Inc. personnel are fully trained and technically proficient in all phases of building services. Our employees attend ongoing training sessions given in the industry by organizations such as BSCA. STSC also performs in-house training to enhance the knowledge and skill proficiency of our employees. STSC can also provide our customers with training. We offer classroom instruction and/or interactive hands on training in any aspect of our industry.
